Spahn House

Built in 1904, in the neo-classical style, Spahn House is a gracious 15 room, southern mansion situated on a picture perfect shady street. Beautifully restored and decorated with fine antiques in 1994, this fine home features four guest rooms all with private baths, some with jacuzzis for two. All rooms have every modern convenience and there are five inviting common areas available to guests. These include a large lobby with dining area upstairs, a formal dining room, staircase room, front parlor, library, and bar.
