Cornerstone Mansion

Cornerstone Mansion

The Cornerstone Mansion, historically known as the "Offutt House," is a focal point of Omaha's historic Gold Coast, popular with the wealthy at the turn of the century. No expense was spared when prominent Omahans Charles and Bertha Offutt built the 10,200 square foot home in 1894. (Offutt Air Force Base was named for their son Jarvis.) The mansion began serving as a bed and breakfast in the mid 1980s. Today, Innkeepers Mark O'Leary & Julie Mierau invite guests to enjoy our surroundings, reminiscent of a bygone era.
