Bentwood Inn B&B
The 5,800 square-foot home, built in 1995, is entirely composed of huge pine logs, many salvaged from the great Yellowstone fire of 1988. The open, slate entry leads into a massive, three-story living area, the Wyoming Room, that features a floor to ceiling river rock fireplace. Fine English antiques blend delightfully with Zapotec weavings and denim upholstery. The warm and inviting dining room, with hand-painted tables and cheerfully eclectic English/Western decor, is through wide doors to the left of the Wyoming Room. Artfully mismatched china and linens greet guests for breakfast, and a granite-topped bar opening into the gourmet kitchen allows guests to chat with Nell as she bakes muffins prepares the morning entree.
