The 1850s landmark and Annex addition are surrounded by native gardens and mature trees. Just minutes from the Capitol, State Street and the UW, the inn is located in a great neighborhood with nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast is served in a soaring great room with massive recycled Douglas-fir timbers, an open staircase and a high-efficiency wood-burning hearth. Our breakfast menus are planned by combining seasonal ingredients with time-honored family recipes. Organic coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice are always on the menu. Eight well-appointed guest rooms range from the spacious, yet simple, to the ultra-luxury romantic. The inn is amenity- rich with Aveda products, organic cotton mattresses, complimentary beverages, a social hour with appetizers, free mountain bikes and canoeing, and an invigorating sauna.
