Webb House Bed & Breakfast Inn in Hillsborough

The Inn, used in the early 1800's as a schoolhouse for neighborhood children, was built by Dr. James Webb, co-founder of the NC Medical Society, who employed Polly Burke, daughter of Gov. Thomas Burke, to teach. This schoolhouse was enlarged by succeeding generations of the Webb family and meticulously restored in 2006.
