Sandy Hook Cottage, tucked on a hillside beneath the historic Twin Lights, is a three bedroom English style cottage built in 1933 as a summer residence. At that time, it was surrounded by elaborate seaside hotels and guest houses offering every amenity to their well-off guests. Cradled within the fortunate geographic confines of the Navesink Hills (or "the Highlands of Navesink" as they are also known), Sandy Hook Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Highlands has always awed and inspired visitors with its unique combination of scenic beauty, maritime history and tranquility.
